High Voltage Software, Inc. is an American video game developer based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Formed in 1993 by Kerry J. Ganofsky, the company started off creating games for the Atari Jaguar before being better known for developing titles such as the NBA Inside Drive series, Paperboy, and Lego Racers.
High Voltage Software was behind the design, modelling, and maps for Ground Control: Dark Conspiracy.
