Imperator Vlaana Azleea is the right hand of Emperor Marcus Augustus. She commanded the Terran Empire's forces in their conquest of the NSA worlds. She is the main antagonist of Ground Control II: Operation Exodus.
Vlaana is infamous for her actions on Ariel Prime, where she was rumored to have walked the battlefield in person indiscriminately slaughtering civilians and military alike, NSA and Terrans that got in her way. For this she is also known as the "The Butcher of Ariel".
